No one likes a faulty product. Should you recieve a damaged or product not as expected, please call the office to discuss how we can help on 020 8183 0165.

If a product has been customised, unless faulty, unfortunately it can not be refunded.

However, if you simply decide you didn’t want a product, just send it back unopened in the the original packaging and once we recieve it, we’ll be happy to refund the purchase.
